The Recreation and Leisure Service department acts to encourage all residents of Medicine Hat to be physically active, and provides services that are accessible and affordable. The overall goal of our department is to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the public by providing high quality, affordable recreation and leisure services, while maintaining and increasing the quality of life of our residents.
