City of Medicine Hat Registration Centre

City Continues to Assist Residents and Businesses:

The Alberta Emergency Management Agency (AEMA) Disaster Recovery Program Registration Centre located at City Hall is closed, but the City will continue to assist residents and business owners that still need to register for the program.

If you need to register for the Disaster Recovery Program, call the City Clerk's office at 403.529.8115 or the Flood Information Line at 403.502.8900. The City Clerk's office will provide application forms and assistance with filling out the forms if required. There is no online application process.

Applicants should prepare a detailed written description of the damages and obtain a letter from their insurer confirming what portion of the claim is not covered. If you have not yet received your letter from your insurance company, you are still encouraged to register and start the process.

For more information, visit the Government of Alberta website at www.alberta.ca or call toll-free 1-888-671-1111.
