The Human Resources Department aims to serve the organization by partnering with management and employees to build a highly constructive organizational culture - i.e., one where every employee is engaged to their full potential in contributing to the organization's mission of "exceeding expectations in the value of our services". To do so, HR believes it must 1) be aligned with organizational needs, 2) balance its service across four fundamental roles, and 3) provide leadership on people issues that ultimately contribute to organizational success.
