Land Use Bylaw Idea Public Open House

The City of Medicine Hat is updating the Land Use Bylaw and we need input from the public so the Land Use Bylaw will reflect the values, goals and needs of people living in the city.

The Land Use Bylaw is an important tool for implementing the policies of the Medicine Hat Plan, Area Structure and Redevelopment Plans and other planning documents.

Planning Services, along with the consultant team invite the public to provide input on the evolving ideas and concepts for the Land Use Bylaw. The Public Open House will be in conjunction with the Draft Medicine Hat Plan on Tuesday, June 21 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm and Wednesday, June 22 from 2:00 to 8:00pm in Higdon Hall at the Stampede Grounds. A presentation will be at 5pm on the Tuesday and 3pm and 7pm on the Wednesday followed by the opportunity for the public to discussion stations on the Land Use Bylaw ideas.
