The Gas Utility responds to emergencies involving gas line hits, gas odour, carbon monoxide and Gas Utility system outage calls twenty-four (24) hours per day. Please call the Gas Utility Customer Service Office for the above emergencies, at 403.529.8191 or 1-866-248-8838 (out-of-town).

Gas Distribution does not service or repair customer equipment. For problems relating to the operation of gas appliances, please contact a gas fitter. A number of these professionals can be found in the yellow pages of the telephone book.
