Parks System

Medicine Hat has an extensive parks system with a number of facilities throughout the city. These areas are maintained to the highest possible standard, utilizing the most effective and efficient means possible and ensuring a diverse range of outdoor recreation opportunities. All locations are available for reservations.

Our park system encompasses approximately 1530 hectares of natural areas and 92 - kilometre trail system. Also maintained are 82 playgrounds and provide operational and programming services through partnerships and agreements with community groups and organizations.
