The travel program supports our daily motto to “keep active, stay involved and enrich your life”.

The “hottest travel club in town!” schedules monthly day trips to locations throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. Trips take us to the theatre—Rosebud and Stage West; on education excursions—Sir Alexander Galt Museum, Nordbridge Seniors Centre, Lethbridge; and on trips just for fun—Calgary Zoo and Heritage Park. Guests enjoy more than luxury tour buses. With tour guides taking care of all the details and even planning door prize draws, fun games, and jokes for along the way, you can relax and travel worry-free!

To join the Travel Club you must be a Veiner Centre member. Members are allowed to bring a guest on the trips, but each guest can only travel once without becoming a member. Guests are warned that travel on these trips will certainly infect you with the “travel-bug” and you will experience a strong desire to become a Veiner Centre member for continued travel experiences.
